% increased Minion Damage(a suffix). - Use an Omen of Homogenising Exaltation + Perfect Exalted Orb. Because the item has the "Damage" tag from the Minion Damage mod, this is guaranteed to add a new damage-tagged suffix, which will be either Critical Strike Chance or Critical Damage Bonus.
- Use a second Omen of Homogenising Exaltation + Perfect Exalted Orb. With two damage mods now on the item, this is guaranteed to add the remaining Critical Strike suffix.

Omen of Dextral Necromancy+Omen of the Blackblooded+Ancient Collarbonecombination to add a high-tier Kurgal resistance suffix(or other suffix you like). - You now have a near-perfect poe2 deadeye amulet.
