Method 1: The Fractured Base Craft
This method uses a fractured item as a starting point to reduce costs and guarantee one of the final desired modifiers.

Crafting Process
- Start with your Fractured Base: Acquire a Visceral Quiver with a fractured T1 flat damage prefix (e.g.,
Adds # to # Physical Damage). - Roll for Projectile Speed: Use Chaos Orbs until you hit a desirable
% increased Projectile Speedsuffix. - Add one Prefix: Use the combo of
Omen of Dextral Exaltation+ Exalted Orb. This will add a random suffix. - Add Bow Damage: Use the combo of
Omen of Dextral Crystallisation+Essence of Hysteria. The essence guarantees the powerful% increased Damage with Bow Skillsprefix. The Omen ensures this process removes your temporary suffix, leaving the prefixes untouched. - Add Crit Suffixes: You now have three prefixes and one suffix (
% Projectile Speed). Use anOmen of Homogenising Exaltation+Omen of Greater Exalted ExaltationPerfect Exalted Orb. The "Attack" tag from Projectile Speed guarantees you will add another Attack-tagged suffix (Attack Speed, Crit Chance, or Crit Multi). - Finish the Suffixes: Use a second
Omen of Homogenising Exaltation+Perfect Exalted Orb. With two Attack-tagged suffixes now on the item, this is guaranteed to add the third and final Attack-tagged suffix.

- Why use a fractured base? As of the current patch, some Omens can be very expensive. Starting with a fractured mod is a great way to lower the overall crafting cost.
- Why roll for Projectile Speed? This suffix has the "Attack" tag. This is the key to our craft. It allows us to use
Omen of Homogenising Exaltationto deterministically add the three most important poe2 quiver mods: Attack Speed, Crit Chance, and Crit Multi. - Can you lower the cost further? Yes. In the final two steps, you can use
Greater Exalted Orbsinstead ofPerfect Exalted Orbs. The results will be less consistent, but you might get lucky and save some currency.
Method 2: The Deterministic Desecration Craft
This method doesn't require a fractured base and instead uses Desecration to build a powerful quiver from scratch.

Crafting Process
- Start with a Magic Base: Buy the quiver with T1 flat damage and attac speed from market.
- Upgrade to Rare: Use a Perfect Regal Orb. Your goal here is to add a prefix. If it adds a suffix, you should come back to step1.
- Add a Desecrated Prefix: Use the combo of
Omen of Sinstral Necromancy+Ancient Jawbone. This guarantees the powerful Desecrated modifier will be a prefix. - Add Two More Suffixes: Use the combo of
Omen of Dextral Exaltation+Omen of Greater Exaltation+ Perfect Exalted Orb. This will guarantee you have the critical hit chance and critical damage bonus.
Key Steps Explained
- Why aim for a prefix with the Perfect Regal Orb? Because we know we can deterministically craft the three most important suffixes (Crit Chance, Crit Multi, Attack Speed). Therefore, any good prefix we can get early on is a huge bonus.
- Why use Omen of Sinstral Necromancy? Again, this is to protect our valuable suffix slots. We want the powerful but unpredictable Defiled modifier to be a prefix, which we can work around or remove later if needed.
