- Cons: Offers less flexibility for finishing the suffixes, but it's incredibly strong as a transitional or mid-tier endgame item.
Method 1: The Suffix-First Approach (Stable & Best-in-Slot)
Step 1: Preparing Your Materials
This craft relies on a specific combination of Essences, Omens, and currency. Here's what you'll need:

Our first goal is to create the foundation of the amulet: +46 Spirit, +3 to Level of all Minion Skill Gems, and 20-30% increased Global Defences.

- Start with a magic Solar Amulet. The Amulet must have the single prefix
+46 to Spirit. - Use a Greater Essence of Opulence. This upgrades the item to rare, adding
% Rarity of Items Found(a suffix) while keeping your Spirit prefix. - Use Perfect Essence of Enhancement + Omen of Dextral Crystallisation. The Omen guarantees the essence removes a suffix. You should be left with a rare amulet with only the mods:
+46 to Spiritand20-30% increased Global Defences. - Use an Ancient Collarbone
+ Omen of Dextral Necromancy
+ Omen of the Lieage
+ Omen of Abyssal Echoes until you hit any tier of
% increased Minion Damage(a suffix). - Use an Omen of Homogenising Exaltation + Perfect Exalted Orb. Because your item already has a "minion" tag from the damage mod, this combination is guaranteed to add the only other available minion mod:
+3 to Level of all Minion Skill levels. - You now have your core amulet!
Step 3: Finishing the Amulet
The final step is to add high-tier resistances and a final prefix.
- Desecrate for a Resistance Suffix: Use the combo of
Omen of Dextral Necromancy+Omen of the Blackblooded+Ancient Collarbone. This will add a random, high-tier Kurgal resistance suffix. Repeat this until you have the resistance suffix. - Add a Second Resistance: Use another
Omen of Homogenising Exaltation+Perfect Exalted Orb. Your item now has+3 minion skillsand one resistance. Because there are no other "minion" suffixes, the Omen is guaranteed to add another resistance mod. - Add the Final Prefix: Use
Omen of the Blackblooded+Omen of Abyssal Echoesto add the last prefix. It is highly possibly to get the%increased energy shield from Equipped Body Armour. Or you can use theOmen of Homogenising Exaltation+Perfect Exalted Orbto get the defense prefix.

This method uses a Recombinator to skip several steps, resulting in a lower cost and faster craft.

Step 2: The Crafting Process
- Prepare the Bases: Get two clean Spirit Amulets. One should be a magic item with only the prefix
+49 to Spirit. The other should be a magic item with only a single, random suffix. - Use a Recombinator: Combine the two amulets. The goal is to get a rare amulet with the
+49 to Spiritprefix and any suffix. Repeat this step if it fails. - Add Global Defences: Use Perfect Essence of Enhancement + Omen of Dextral Crystallisation. This step will remove any junk suffix that might be on the item and add the
% increased Global Defencesprefix. Your amulet now has two core prefixes:+49 Spiritand% Global Defences. - Add Minion Prefix: Use Preserved Collarbone + Omen of the Lieage + Omen of Sinistral Necromancy. This combination desecrates the item and unveils a Kurgal prefix. Your target is
% increased Minion Damage if you have Hit Recently. - Add +3 Gem Levels: Use Omen of Homogenising Exaltation + Perfect Exalted Orb + Omen of Greater Exaltation. Since the amulet already has a prefix with the "Minion" tag (
% Minion Damage), this combination will deterministically add the only other available minion prefix:+3 to Level of all Minion Skill Gems. - Finished! A low-cost amulet with four core mods (Spirit, % Defences, % Minion Damage, +3 Levels) is now complete. You can use it as is or slam a suffix with an Exalted Orb if you wish.

- Why does Method 1 use Essence of Opulence? We use it to get a temporary suffix (
% Rarity). This allows us to safely use anOmen of Dextral Crystallisation + Perfect Essence of Enhancementto remove it, leaving us with a clean two-prefix item (+46 spiritand% inc global defense), which is a crucial setup. - Why does Method 1 use Desecration for the first resistance? This gives us a "Resistance" tag, allowing us to use the same Omen trick again to guarantee a second resistance suffix. It's a brilliant way to control the outcome.
- Why get
% Minion Damagefirst in both methods? This mod adds the "Minion" tag to the item. TheOmen of Homogenising Exaltationlooks for existing tags and adds a new mod with the same tag. This is how we force the poe2 plus minion skills mod to appear. - Why is Method 2 cheaper? It uses a Recombinator to get a clean Spirit base directly and requires cheaper Desecration items (
