Use the combo of Perfect Exalted Orb + Omen of Homogenising Exaltation + Omen of Greater Exaltation. This will add two new prefixes. Because you already have Evasion-tagged mods, this is highly likely to add high-tier % increased Evasion Rating and + to Evasion Rating.

9. Get Your Final Suffix

Reveal the Desecrated mod from step 5. You are hoping for a high-tier resistance.
If you don't get a good resistance, use an Orb of Annulment + Omen of Light to remove the Defiled mod. Then, repeat the process with Preserved Rib + Omen of Abyssal Echoes until you hit a desirable suffix.
