Lineage Gems are some of the most important chase drops in the PoE2 endgame economy. A good one is not just a small support upgrade. It can change how a build scales damage, how it reserves resources, or how it breaks through monster defenses.
This guide focuses on five of the most valuable Lineage Gems for damage-focused builds, then adds several other expensive gems that are worth checking before you vendor, underprice, or ignore them. The listed prices are rough market references in Divine Orbs at the time of writing, not fixed values. Always check the live trade market before buying, selling, or planning a farming route.

|---|---|---|---|
Tul's Stillness | Breach bosses | Tens of Divine Orbs | Another Breach-boss Lineage Gem with enough demand to be worth price-checking carefully. |
Rigwald's Ferocity | Derelict Mansion | Close to 100 Divine Orbs | A near-premium drop from a specific map source, which makes supply more limited. |
Seraph's Heart | Unknown | Tens of Divine Orbs | Valuable enough that unidentified or poorly listed copies should be checked against live trade. |
Vorana's Siege | Unknown | Tens of Divine Orbs | A strong secondary high-value gem even without a confirmed farm location. |
Effect:
Maximum Critical Hit chance with Supported Skills is 50%
Attack Critical Hit Chance with Supported Skills Bifurcates
Drop source: Sacred Reservoir, a special map.

Estimated price: 300+ Divine Orbs.
Garukhan's Resolve is the premium critical strike Lineage Gem. Its key mechanic is Bifurcated Critical Hits: supported attacks roll their critical strike chance twice. If either roll succeeds, the hit counts as a critical strike. If both rolls succeed, the critical damage bonus is doubled.
That makes the gem extremely hard to replace for attack builds that already invest heavily into critical strike scaling. It does not simply add another damage line. It improves the reliability and ceiling of the entire crit package, which is why it often sits above the rest of the market.
The downside is the 50% maximum critical hit chance cap. This means the gem is best for builds that can still benefit from two separate crit rolls without needing to push displayed crit chance beyond that limit.
Effect:
Break Armour equal to 20% of Chaos Damage dealt by Supported Skills
Supported Skills Gain 40% of Physical Damage as Extra Chaos Damage
Drop source: Breach bosses.
Estimated price: Around 200 Divine Orbs.
Uul-Netol's Embrace is one of the strongest offensive Lineage Gems for physical damage builds. The first part gives supported skills a way to break armour based on chaos damage dealt, while the second part adds a huge conversion-style damage boost by granting 40% of physical damage as extra chaos damage.
For physical attack or physical spell setups, this is a double payoff. You gain a large extra chaos damage package, and that added chaos damage also helps fuel the armour break effect. The result is excellent against tougher rare monsters and bosses where raw tooltip damage often does not tell the full story.
Because the gem is tied to Breach boss content, its supply depends on how many players are farming and killing Breach bosses efficiently. Demand remains high because any strong physical build can treat this gem as a major endgame upgrade.
Effect:
Hits with Supported Skills treat Enemy Monster Elemental Resistance values as inverted
Drop source: Storm map.

Estimated price: 100-150 Divine Orbs.
Rakiata's Flow is valuable because it turns enemy elemental resistance into a weakness. If a monster normally has +30% Lightning Resistance, supported hits treat that value as -30% Lightning Resistance instead. The same logic applies to other elemental resistance values.
This is an enormous damage increase for elemental hit builds, especially when fighting monsters that naturally have high resistances. Instead of spending all of your scaling budget trying to reduce enemy resistance, the gem can directly flip the defensive layer against the target.
The gem is most attractive for builds with high hit frequency, strong elemental damage, and limited access to other resistance-breaking tools. Since it drops from Storm map content, the market price is also shaped by how accessible and farmed that map is during the league.
Effect:
Supported Skills Reserve a percentage of your maximum Life equal to 66% of base Spirit Reservation
Drop source: Atziri's Temple.
Estimated price: 100+ Divine Orbs.
Atziri's Communion is a core Lineage Gem for low-life setups. Instead of treating reservation purely as a Spirit problem, it lets supported skills reserve a percentage of maximum Life based on 66% of their base Spirit reservation.
That interaction is extremely important for builds that want to stay on low life while still running powerful reservation skills. When a build is designed around low-life bonuses, extra reservation flexibility can be worth more than a normal damage support.
The gem is narrower than something like Dialla's Desire, but its buyer base is very motivated. A build that needs Atziri's Communion usually cannot replace it cleanly with a cheap alternative, which helps keep the price high.
Effect:
+5% to Quality of Supported Skills
+1 to Level of Supported Skill Gems
Drop source: Global drop.
Estimated price: Around 100 Divine Orbs.
Dialla's Desire is the most universal gem on this list. Almost every build cares about skill gem levels, because increasing the level of a main skill is one of the most direct ways to raise damage. The added quality is also valuable for many skills, depending on what their quality bonus provides.
That broad demand is the reason Dialla's Desire can hold a very high price even as a global drop. It is not locked to one archetype, one element, or one weapon type. Attack builds, spell builds, minion builds, and many hybrid setups can all look at +1 to Level of Supported Skill Gems and immediately understand the value.
Compared with the other gems in this guide, Dialla's Desire is less specialized. That also makes it easier to sell, because the pool of potential buyers is much larger.
The five gems above are the main chase targets, but they are not the only Lineage Gems worth serious money. Several others trade for dozens of Divine Orbs, and one of them can approach the 100 Divine range depending on supply and league timing.
Drop source: Breach bosses.
Estimated price: Tens of Divine Orbs.
Tul's Stillness is worth checking whenever you are farming Breach boss content. It does not usually sit in the same price tier as Uul-Netol's Embrace, but it is still far too valuable to treat as a minor drop. Because it shares the Breach boss source, its price can rise when fewer players are farming Breach or when Breach invitations become more expensive.
Drop source: Derelict Mansion.
Estimated price: Close to 100 Divine Orbs.
Rigwald's Ferocity is the most important gem in this secondary group. Its value comes from a combination of high demand and a specific drop source: Derelict Mansion. Any Lineage Gem tied to a narrower map source can become expensive quickly if the map is annoying to farm, under-supplied, or temporarily out of favor.
For sellers, this is the kind of gem that should never be dumped at a generic Lineage Gem price. Check the latest listings, then compare against recent undercuts before pricing it.
Drop source: Unknown.
Estimated price: Tens of Divine Orbs.
Seraph's Heart is valuable even though its drop source is not confirmed here. That uncertainty matters for the market. When players cannot easily target-farm a gem, available supply may stay thin, and thin supply can keep prices elevated even if the buyer base is smaller than the top five gems.
Treat it as a high-value trade item until the drop source is clearly confirmed.
Drop source: Unknown.
Estimated price: Tens of Divine Orbs.
Vorana's Siege is another expensive Lineage Gem with an unclear source. Like Seraph's Heart, it should be checked manually against live trade before listing. Gems in this price tier are easy to underprice because they do not always show up in broad "most expensive" discussions, but a few dozen Divine Orbs is still a meaningful part of most players' currency tab.
All five main Lineage Gems create major offensive upgrades, which is why their prices tend to stay high. They are not just luxury collectibles. They are functional best-in-slot or near-best-in-slot pieces for builds that want to push damage further.
The secondary gems are also worth holding or carefully price-checking, especially Rigwald's Ferocity, Tul's Stillness, Seraph's Heart, and Vorana's Siege. They may not all reach the same ceiling as Garukhan's Resolve or Uul-Netol's Embrace, but they can still represent dozens of Divines in a single item slot.
If your build can use one of these gems, keeping it may be stronger than selling immediately. If your build cannot use it, these gems can still be excellent value stores compared with sitting on raw currency. As more players reach late endgame and start upgrading mature characters, demand for top-tier Lineage Gems usually becomes stronger, not weaker.
For a simple rule:
Garukhan's Resolve if you play a serious attack crit build.Uul-Netol's Embrace if you play a physical damage build.Rakiata's Flow if your damage is mainly elemental hits.Atziri's Communion if you are building around low life.Dialla's Desire if your main skill scales hard with gem level. The market can change, but the logic behind these prices is stable: each gem gives a form of damage or build power that is difficult to replace.
