This farm is for one target: Voices.
The setup is simple. Use Simulacrum on a Delirium map, and run it on a T16 map. Then take the boss option on every Delirium layer when it appears.
The profit comes from two places:
VoicesExpert base equipmentThis is a high-variance farm. You are not guaranteed a Voices drop. The reason to run it is that the side loot is still strong, because T16 Expert bases can sell well.

Simulacrum adds the Delirium reward structure to the map. T16 raises the value of the item bases that drop. Boss choices add more chances at Unique drops and more high-value equipment.
The core idea is not complicated. Make every layer more boss-focused, then loot both the jackpot and the steady base drops.
| Item | Requirement | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Simulacrum | Use it on the Delirium map you plan to run | This enables the farm. Do not run the strategy without the Simulacrum layer. |
| T16 Delirium map | Use a T16 map, not a low-tier map | T16 maps make Expert bases much more valuable. This is the main steady-income part of the farm. |
| Boss-capable build | Strong clear and enough single-target damage | The farm asks you to add bosses every layer. Weak boss damage makes the run slow or dangerous. |
| Strict loot filter | Highlight Voices, Unique drops, and Expert bases | A lot of value is easy to miss if the filter hides rare bases. |
Goal: make the normal item drops worth picking up.
Run this strategy on T16 maps. Lower tiers can still drop Delirium rewards, but they weaken the Expert base part of the farm.
T16 is important because the rare equipment is not just filler. Good Expert boots, gloves, body armours, weapons, and jewellery can be a real part of the profit.
Goal: turn the map into the Voices farm.
Apply Simulacrum to the Delirium map before running it. This is the required setup piece.
Do not treat this as a normal Delirium map farm. The Simulacrum layer is what makes boss reward stacking worth doing.
Goal: increase the chance at Voices and other Unique drops.
When a layer offers an option that adds or improves bosses, take it. This is the main decision in the farm.
Boss options are valuable because bosses can drop Voices. They also improve the chance of valuable Unique drops and strong Expert base items.
If your build cannot handle the boss option, skip the run or improve the build first. Dying breaks the farm faster than a bad reward choice.
Goal: get paid from both the jackpot and the steady drops.
Check every Voices drop carefully. Then price-check rare Expert bases before vendoring or dumping them into a cheap tab.
The best side profit usually comes from useful bases with good item level, sockets, defences, movement speed, resistances, or weapon rolls. The exact price depends on the current market.
The big hit is Voices. That is the reason to run the strategy.
The second income source is Expert base equipment. This matters because the farm uses T16 maps. Even when Voices does not drop, good bases can recover a meaningful part of the cost.
The main risk is variance. Boss options improve your chances, but they do not make Voices guaranteed. Check the current price of Simulacrum and Voices before buying a large batch.
Use Simulacrum on a T16 Delirium map. In every layer, choose the option that adds or improves bosses. Kill the bosses, check for Voices, and price-check every good Expert base.
That is the whole farm. Keep it simple, and let the T16 base drops carry the dry runs.
